Smother such mundane things with planted flowers to have the advantageous elements of flowers that go from the earliest to flower right up to the ones that flower last. A suitable selection might be made up of snowdrops that are white, crocuses of a purple or gold hue, blue hyacinths, and various colored tulips. Rocks and boulders should be placed at the base of the posts to enhance their appearance.
